  • Ideally we recommend placing an order at least three months before you intend to send invitations out. If you have an urgent deadline you must inform us before you order as we will do our best to fit it in around our schedule.
  • We take a £25 deposit to book in your order,this is non refundable and must be paid when placing your order.
  • If paying by cheque a £25.00 flat rate handling fee will be applied to your order.
  • Full payment is required before we begin any work and any failure to pay in full will result in losing deposit paid and can incur additional costs as per our cancellation policy.
  • Payments are processed via paypal which is a secure method but we are also able to accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer or cash on collection.
  • By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that Chosen Touches Ltd are able to use your credit/debit card details for payments due upon your account once payment has been collected from your preferred source all details will be removed.
  • If you order a sample from Chosen Touches Ltd it does not give you a production slot these are booked with a paid deposit or full order.
  • Order slots will only be confirmed when we receive your deposit. You will be given 2 slots if using us for both invitations and on the day stationery. We will confirm these dates in email
  • There is no minimum order when ordering with us. However we may ask for a small surcharge to set up any admin work you require. If unsure please contact us prior to ordering.
  • Digital proofs for your wedding stationery will be emailed to you in PDF format. Wording can be changed at this point if required. Please ensure you check proofs before returning them back to us, as by returning your PDF you are accepting liability for any errors or mistakes, Chosen Touches are not liable for any error once PDF is approved by customer, any changes after approval will be chargeable.
  • We will always send you a draft of each item you purchase from us to make sure there is no errors. Once you confirm we can print, at this point we will not be able to make any changes.
  • If you require any additional invitations this must be specified before we process your order as we have the right to charge extra if this happens outside your designated slot.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until your full balance has been paid, or paid in part as agreed with Chosen Touches for split orders. Any unpaid orders will be disposed of accordingly and replacements will not be made.
  • Manager agreed returns, should your order require returning and a manager has authorized this to happen the return postage cost will not be covered by Chosen Touches Ltd unless otherwise stated.
  • A charge for Postage and Packaging will be added to your invoice and will be calculated depending on the size and weight of products you have purchased. All of our parcels are sent via courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery and we will email you your tracking number for delivery.
  • Payments are handled via Paypal merchant.
  • We take great care to ensure safe and prompt delivery by using the appropriate packaging i.e bubble wrap. Items are sent  via our courier or Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. Any damaged items must be signed for as damaged when received and you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Any damage incurred once the order has left Chosen Touches is not under our liability and all claims will need to be processed through our courier. Pictures of the damage will be needed so please bare this in mind.
  • We accept no responsibility for delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes, mistakes made by the Royal Mail/Courier Company or a delay in the delivery of materials.
  • If your order has arrived incorrect you must inform us in writing within 24 hours we will then fully investigate your claim, if we can identify the fault originating from creation we will arrange for your order to be returned and rectified, if the fault was due to customer there will be a charge applied in relation to the error.
  • As all items are handmade we do not offer a refund policy, if there is a fault with your order and the liability is with Chosen Touches Ltd we will arrange your items to be returned and replaced accordingly.
  • If the item is incorrect due to customer error we accept no liability, and an admin/labor charge will be applied should the order require additional work.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment is made no refund will be given.
  • If an order is cancelled with less than 4 weeks to go until the production the full invoice will be due – with a flat rate cancellation fee of £150.
  • If an order is cancelled with more than 4 weeks to go until the production day it will be subject to charges of work already taken out and a flat rate cancellation fee of £150.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt, Chosen Touches Ltd reserve the right to add a late payment fee of £40 per invoice with an interest rate of 8% + the bank of England’s base rate when an invoice reaches 30 days past due.
  • Invoice reminders carry a £14 administration fee – Chosen Touches Ltd will send 2 reminders of an over due invoice before starting legal proceedings to recover the monies owed.
  • Any associated costs incurred in recovering monies owed to Chosen Touches Ltd will be added to the customer invoice for recovery.
  • Returns will not be accepted after delivery.
  • Any changes made after approved pdf proof has been received will be charged for.
  • Colour charts shown on our website are an indication only and we cannot take responsibility for colour changes due to computer screens if in any doubt we always recommend a colour swatch. Computer screens do not show an accurate representation of colour so you may find slight variations on the final printed product.
  • Due to our items being handmade products, some designs may vary slightly to what is shown on our website or that have been received as a sample including but are not limited to; colour, shape, size, material and finish.
  • Stocked items and substitutions; During the creation process some of the items used to create the order may become unavailable or discontinued. If this circumstance arises we reserve the right to substitute for a similar element this may include but is not limited to ribbon, card, embellishments, envelopes, paper, boxes, crystals.
  • As all orders are made from scratch there may be some variations in various aspects of the product when receiving your order including but are not limited to; card, ribbon, glitter, embellishments and lace this may occur across the order or with a select few items, unfortunately this is unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and the batches of stock we receive from our suppliers.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time; however any orders which have already been confirmed and a deposit paid will not be affected.
  • All designs are fully copyrighted and remain the property of Chosen Touches; any reproduction of designs will be considered an infringement of copyright law. All designs text, images and layout used within our website are also copyright to Chosen Touches, We will pursue through the courts if copyright infringement exists. We do not give permission to use any of our content without prior written consent from the owner.
  • Chosen Touches reserve the right to change the Terms and conditions at anytime and any changes will be updated here.
