Where are you based?
Chosen Touches Wedding Stationery is located in Halifax near Huddersfield in West Yorkshire – but supplies handmade luxury stationery right across the UK and overseas.
How do I book my space?
You will need to pay a £25 deposit to secure any slot available. Please contact us to make sure a date you require is available. In order to take your deposit we need an email address so we can send you an invoice. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or make payment over the telephone. Once deposit is received will then be in contact with you to advise you of your production slot and send any order forms required.
When should I be looking at booking a space?
If you haven’t already paid a deposit we would strongly advise that you book a space with us around 3 months before you intend to send out your stationery. Please note that during March to September we are always very busy diary space is filled very quickly. All our stationery is handmade to order and we usually work on a first come first served basis. If you need to order at short notice, our advice is to telephone us to ensure your order can be fulfilled as we may just have a space available for you.
Should we order all our stationery at the same time?
Our advice to avoid disappointment we do advise you book everything in advance to guarantee production space is booked for both parts of your order. We understand that you may not know exactly how many people will be able to attend your wedding until you get RSVPs back, therefore to help we just ask for an estimate of numbers at the time of ordering.
How do I let you what my personalisation details?
Once you have paid for your order you will be emailed order forms which will enable you to fill out all personalisation details. If there is anything else you wish to add our advice is to email us at the time of sending the order forms through. If you choose one of our suggested invitation wordings then we will need to know which one.
How do I pay for my stationery?
Please send a £25 non-refundable deposit with your booking form. The balance is payable is payable 6 weeks before we make your stationery. Payment can be made via PayPal invoice, cheque or bank transfer or cash.
How long will it take between ordering my stationery and receiving delivery?
On average, orders are completed within 3-4 weeks from receiving your order form.
What is the delivery charge?
All orders are delivered by courier the charge for this is £15 for invitations, Table Plans, and other on the day stationery. All items are sent recorded and will need a signature, so someone will need to be in when the courier arrives. To help, you may wish to supply us with an alternative address, such as family, neighbour or work address because of this.
Can I choose the font for my wedding stationery?
The font inside your stationery is fully customisable. We have a number of suggested fonts we use to compliment all of our designs. If you already have a font in mind please put this on the order form and if we have it available you are more than welcome to use it.
What happens if I run out of invitations?
Our advice is to always purchase an extra 5 invitations to be on the safe side as there can often be last minute changes to your guest list, If you do however need extras then as long as there is no changes to be made we can do them at the same price you have paid.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t have a minimum order. We do not charge any extra for ordering in small numbers and to help with budgeting we do not add any surcharge for additional items ordered after the order has been placed.
Can I order a sample?
Samples of the wedding invitation card are available in each design and are charged at £5 per sample. Samples can be made available to match your colour scheme, however samples cannot be personalised. We do have a maximum order quantity of 2 samples due to the volume of requests we get. Please note : In busy periods samples can take up to 10-14 working days to arrive. Please bear this in mind when requesting a sample.
Do your designs come in different colours?
Yes we can match any colour to your chosen wedding theme at no additional charge. If you need to send us a specific colour please send it to 23, Albert Street, Elland,Hx5 0px with a cover letter stating your name and address and we will match it. How many invitations will I need?
Our advice is one per household. If a group of friends live together, it should be one per person/couple. If you are writing the names on the invitations yourself we recommend ordering two or three spare invitations, in case of errors or changes in guest list.
Do you provide a proof?
Proofs are automatically produced, free of charge for any item of stationery that is ordered which includes an inlay. It is your responsibility to check the proof to confirm that they are ready to go ahead to print by signing and returning the proofs. If any changes are required, a second proof will be produced. Once a proof has been agreed, any alterations will incur an additional charge for re-printing.
Can we order from overseas?
We are based in Halifax near Huddersfield in West Yorkshire – and as well as supplying right across the UK, we can also provide a service worldwide. Our advice is to contact us in advance for details on postage costs.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?
Yes, we understand that every bride has an idea of what they want. So if you don’t see anything in our gallery that is perfect for you then we can offer a full bespoke design service to create wedding stationery that is unique and individual to your wedding. We may need to charge you a bespoke fee for the time to do this but please contact us for more details. You are more than welcome to come and see us to discuss your needed on appointment only.
